It’s been 5 years coming here now for my 2019 Tiguan and they have been consistent in their old school genuine and professional customer service. I’ve had my battery changed, old tires plugged, new tires purchased and just now rotated them and it is surprisingly the same quality of work and service each time. Since I live and work in OC I’ve gone to Costa Mesa and Irvine and every representative was genuine and I’ve always left confident feeling safe. This time around I was helped by Jason in Irvine, and it was the same as in Costa Mesa - there is no “salesman” attitude but instead straight up good old friendly service. Not sure if I just lucked out every time but I hope these guys never change. It also doesn’t hurt to have a waiting room with free water, soda, coffee, cable tv, and phone charging ports.

I own a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter - built out by Overland Van Project out of Portland, Oregon - and ran into some transfer actuator issues in Costa Mesa on a road trip. I happened to be right across the street from these guys, managed to get an appointment over their website, and had the best experience working with their team. They were efficient, communicable, straight shooters, and a got the job done right the first time. It was great working with Andrew and shout out to Hugo for giving me a ride to my hotel after I dropped the van off. 10/10 service - highly recommend this company!

Knowledgeable, super nice, personable, and straight up told me what I needed fixed and what didn’t and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed - and a very fair price. I worked with Andrew and he was fantastic! Both my BMW 7 series vehicles get their maintenance and repairs done there.

Poor customer care. Providing warranty but never replied to any of my messages. Unresolved.

It took seven days for a simple tune up. Jason kept changing his explanation.
