After taking the Google review about Euro Car Doctor, the owner of this business responded back to me directly. The owner of this shop's main goal was for me to remove my review of the poor service I received from this repair shop. As a consumer I have every right to voice my opinion of the services I received that I paid for but was not satisfied with. Whether or not I would allow this shop to recheck my vehicle is entirely up to me as a consumer. I should not be threatened by this business owner stating to me that he will contact my employer to speak poorly of me because of a review I did. I find that very offensive and highly unprofessional of this business owners behavior.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. We strive to provide excellent service, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit, particularly with your washer fluid system. You do although have an older Porsche and because of its age things can happen such as leaks & part failures may occur that are out of our control. You already noticed that we took the time to special order your lock replacement from Germany, we will always stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our quality control report shows your fluids were topped off on your last visit so if it is not working or your reservoir is leaking, we only ask you come in for a second look. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially in poor weather conditions but you as well are a service writer and if something is not perfect, you always ask your clients to return to rectify the problem. You refused to answer my call and would only text with an unprofessional reply. I wish you the best and hope every client does not continue to give you 1 star reviews with things that may not even be in you or your teams control. We strive to make every client that visits have the absolute best experience. When it's not, we jump into action to make it right as fast and convenient as possible.
