The dealer tried scamming me for 3000$ worth of wear and tear. Being that my warranty had just ended, I was suspicious. I brought my car here for a 2nd opinion, the next week by appointment, they lifted it up and within an hour they performed a full inspection telling me nothing was wrong. Car is running great, they were right and saved me a bunch of money. The whole inspection was free! Love these guys, shout out to Jason he is respectful, smart, and efficient. I will be coming here from now on for service on my 3 series BMW.

Great customer service whenever our car is worked on

After taking the Google review about Euro Car Doctor, the owner of this business responded back to me directly. The owner of this shop's main goal was for me to remove my review of the poor service I received from this repair shop. As a consumer I have every right to voice my opinion of the services I received that I paid for but was not satisfied with. Whether or not I would allow this shop to recheck my vehicle is entirely up to me as a consumer. I should not be threatened by this business owner stating to me that he will contact my employer to speak poorly of me because of a review I did. I find that very offensive and highly unprofessional of this business owners behavior.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. We strive to provide excellent service, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit, particularly with your washer fluid system. You do although have an older Porsche and because of its age things can happen such as leaks & part failures may occur that are out of our control. You already noticed that we took the time to special order your lock replacement from Germany, we will always stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our quality control report shows your fluids were topped off on your last visit so if it is not working or your reservoir is leaking, we only ask you come in for a second look. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially in poor weather conditions but you as well are a service writer and if something is not perfect, you always ask your clients to return to rectify the problem. You refused to answer my call and would only text with an unprofessional reply. I wish you the best and hope every client does not continue to give you 1 star reviews with things that may not even be in you or your teams control. We strive to make every client that visits have the absolute best experience. When it's not, we jump into action to make it right as fast and convenient as possible. Knowing the principal of your dealership, I am confident he would agree. I wish you the best of luck Owner

Nick front desk was helpful polite but the labor feeds was so high 50% more very very over price too bad

I have been a customer here at Euro Car Doctor a few times and have always left absolutely satisfied! Everyone is always friendly and professional. Maria checked me in for my appointment keeping true to one of their motto’s “Building Lifelong Relationships one Family at a Time!” I brought my Volvo in to have a headlight bulb replaced as well as an oil change and Julio, one of the technician’s assessed my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations. Tony, the owner is running a well oiled machine here meaning his establishment. Euro Car Doctor is very organized, well staffed, up to date with its marketing and advertising trends, excels in customer service and satisfaction and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks for their customers and a section for the kids. I highly recommend bringing your car here for service!
