Great customer service to go along with great work on my vehicle. Very honest automobile shop they won’t have you fix anything that doesn’t need fixing. Reasonable prices work done in a timely manner took maybe 2 hours- ish to do spark plugs on my Mercedes I would definitely recommend especially if you have a foreign car and don’t want to be taxed by the dealership. 5 stars aren't enough! Euro Car Doctor is a well-oiled machine. On two different occasions, the skilled technicians at Euro Car Doctor tackled two complicated problems with my aging Jaguar with skill and professionalism. Steve is the best when it comes to Jaguars. He solved a mysterious electrical problem and seemed to enjoy the challenge. He took the time to explain the problem as well as the steps he took to fix it. I will go back to Euro Car Doctor for all of my service needs.

The staff at Euro Car Doctor showed me that kindness and empathy still exist in our world. My car was towed here by mistake on July 3rd as it was previously under different ownership. But Jake Schneider and his team were so patient and and professional, allowed me the time to make the necessary arrangements to get it re-towed to the correct location. They treated as if I was a valued client (I wasn't), even inviting me to relax in their waiting area, charge my phone and indulge in the snacks. After the initial call, I received a text message with additional details and a short video from Tony, the owner, explaining what to expect on the day of service, which I really appreciated. What ever your car service needs are, Euro Car Doctor is ready to serve. Dropping off my car was simple, and the waiting area was comfortable with ample seating and complimentary water and other beverages. The kept me updated throughout the entire process which I appreciated. I've always taken my car to the dealer before, but Euro Car Doctor made this experience fantastic. They offer loaner vehicles if needed and prices are reasonable, with value that dealers just can't match. I'll definitely be coming back!

First of all, Theresa is so professional and welcoming. She is a gem and has helped me so much when I took my car in for anthena replacement. Please give her a raise!!
