This place is amazing! I was referred here after complaining about Audi South Coast Auto Service in Costa Mesa. I don’t know much about cars but I know when your pulling my leg. I am also smart enough to get a second and third opinion, when necessary. Euro Car Doctor performs great work and are honest, any mistakes they own, and will make sure to take care of you. They understand the meaning behind customer service and they treat you like they want and need your business unlike Audi South Coast.

This company is great at providing services you don't need and charging a premium for it. Do not recommend.

Can’t say enough about Euro Car, Tony and his staff especially Kevin took wonderful care of me! They were so kind and accommodating and were quick to fix my damage on my car for an incredible rate! The best I found around town! Can’t recommend these guys enough! I’ll sure be back for any future problems I may come across !

Great service and incredible value vs service / repairs at the dealership. My second time bringing my car to them. Really quick work getting the job done and were very thorough. The estimate came over via their app and was easy to approve and pay from my phone. The car was super clean when I got it back. I will definitely keep giving Euro Car Doctor my business!

Kevin was nothing but professional from start to finish. He made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the repair to my vehichle, which I really appreciated. Car repairs are never fun and usually take longer than we want them to but the customer lounge at this location helps take some of the misery away. The free Wi-Fi enabled me to get some work done whie enjoying a hot cup of coffee and a snack. The thoughtfulness that management shows to their customers was much appreciated. I definitely recommend Euro Car Doctor to anyone who has a vehicle in need of repair. Be sure to ask for Kevin or Kurt when you call or go in - you won't be disappointed!

First off I am a big car guy and have always owned Mercedes and just taking my car to Fletcher Jones due to warranty. Most recently I purchased a 2014 Audi and so Fletcher Jones was not an option. I spent half the day researching and looking up reviews; so that I didn’t regret my decision later. I was more than impressed with this place. To start my car didn’t arrive until after hours, but I was still greeted by a mechanic. Not to mention I was not present when the car was dropped off by tow company. Bc this place had cameras and a safe place to leave my car, I find out later that the tow truck driver had ripped my bumper off as it fell off true truck. Without Euro Dox I would have been stuck with $1,000s more in repairs. Not to mention when purchasing the car it from an online auction it appeared to be in great shape. To my dismay euro doc lets me know that there was a lot of work that needed to be done. At first I’m thinking “they are just trying to get $$ out of my pocket. So I was put off and and said I’m going to just come and douck it up. This is where the magic happened . This place not only wasn’t looking at taking my money but helping me. Next to every recommendation was a picture elf the part on my car that was in need of replacement. Not to mention they characterized it from FIX now or serious danger to it can wait until next pay check to, you got another year before we will begin to look at. I had no idea the damage that was hidden from the cis pics I received from the seller. To my dismay it had safety isssues that they said they wouldn’t even feel comfortable working on the car. So after helping me, storing my vehicle, assisting with another place that that could do the safety restraint systems. They must have spent a good amount of time diagnosing the car. When I went to pick it up for the first time ever an honest manager named Jake said enjoy your day. I’m waiting to pay them and they in the end said that I didn’t owe anything. Now if that is not enough let you know this place is legit I don’t know what to tell you. Honest, there to help, explained what was wrong and communicative during the entire process. 6 stars.
