I just bought a 2012 VW GTI and took it straight to ECD to get it fully inspected and these guys made me feel like I hired a team of detectives to tell me everything there is to know about my new car. They're exceptionally communicative and the facility is very clean.

First impression I had of the lobby area was great, very clean and not cluttered. They also have a very nice lounge with coffee, tea and snacks available. Then I liked how friendly and caring the advisors Neil and Teresa were both times that I took my car in. Teresa explained all the services and parts required in detail before they started working on it. I also really liked that they cover the seats and the steering wheel. I usually sit and wait for the service to be done, both times they were done earlier than I was expecting, excellent work! I’m a customer for good, thank you so much Euro Car Doctor!

Very courteous, provided a good explanation of the problem they identified and why it needed to be fixed. They performed a very thorough inspection and gave me a printed report showing the results. Overall a great experience and I intend to use them whenever I need service in the future.

Did a Pre purchase inspection with Euro Car Doctor on a Bentley Bentayga and found major problems. Saved me a lot of money by not buying a car like this. Really appreciate Jake and the mechanics working on this job. Definitely recommend this shop.

I always drag my feet go to auto shops, but with Euro Car Doctor, it’s a different story. This is the cleanest auto shop I have ever visited. I had my Cayenne service work done last week. My overall experience was very pleasant. I was there for a good 2 hours, but it went by very quickly. Their upstairs seating area is very comfortable and they provide customers with coffee as well as a variety of drinks and snacks. They even have a big screen TV, in addition, phone charger is available if needed, very thoughtful. Both Jonthan and the other lady who work in the front office are very friendly and helpful. Jonthan even honored me with the price I was quoted over the phone, although they usually don’t quote on the phone. A technician in the shop was very nice, and willing to help when I had some questions about my car. Their price is higher than their competitors’ but much lower than the dealer’s. With the service you received here, it’s worth it. If there’s one thing that I’d suggest, is to add some healthy snacks to the current snack bar. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this place for your auto needs.

I like the service generally here but there's always something they say they'd but forget... like I asked some problem I was asking about my car and they said they'd get back to me the next day- I didn't get a call from them. I had to call them last time so i decided not to call them this time, simply I felt like im/my issue is not important to them ( maybe especially because I'd already paid). Last visit was a bit of disappointment for me and that's very unfortunate. I believe they have great customer service, but the staff there tend not to keep promises or forgettable.

Excellent customer service from Kevin and the Service Manager!!! They are very friendly and responsive. Kevin is knowledgeable and accommodating. Best of all their prices are very competitive. For these reasons I will be going back to them for future work 👍
