I needed a reputable place to get my 09 Mini Cooper during work, hours. CMW is in the area their reviews were very encouraging. I made an appointment for early the next morning and took the car in. They did a great job of replacing the oil for a price far less than the dealer wanted. Its not as cheap as those oil-change oil places but the peace of mind is worth the extra $$. After the diagnostic, they also let me know about a few other future maintenance items I should keep in mind, but they didn't pressure me into having the work done. Good experience and I've already gone back for the next visit.

I came to Coast Motor Werk a few years ago. Crevier did something that gave me the impression they were ripping me off. I had about a year left on an extended warranty on both our BMW's. A neighbor of mine recommended Coast, so I gave it a shot and have been incredibly happy ever since. Everyone at the shop is wonderful and they do a terrific job, but it all starts with Derek at the front desk. He has been my lifesaver on many occasions.

I recently came out of factory warranty on my BMW M3. After searching for a non dealer service provider I decided on Coast Motor Werk. I've always had very good service at my BMW dealer so the bar was set high. Hands down CMW is the best service experience I've ever had in 30 years of owning and servcing various european automobiles. Great pricing, friendly, trustworthy, highly competent staff.

Trustworthy technicians & quality workmanship! I had been to CMW a couple of times previously & was impressed with their service, so when the powersteering on my 2003 Mini went out I took it there. They told me the powersteering was still under warranty & the dealer should fix it for free (they could have done the work & charged me - I wouldn't have known any better). The dealer replaced the powersteering pump (no charge), then gave me a laundry list of expensive repairs that they said I should have done. I took the list and my Mini back to CMW, and was told that only one of the repairs was needed & at 2/3 the cost of the dealership quote. Quick, professional, honest, courteous service & a shuttle to and from work included! THANK YOU!!

We have two BMWs, both 3 series convertibles, one ragtop and one hardtop. We're a little more conservative on the older model as my son and I work on the car together, but need outside assistance at times. I appreciate a balanced view on what is needed, when and what are my options. My wife's car needs to be treated a little more seriously, without being taken advantage of. I really appreciated how they identified that the rear tires we about to blow, due to a fine line wear pattern caused by the extreme factory alignment. The rear tire tread looked great, other than this small line that was worn to the steel threads. I need a shop I can trust and the team here has done a very good job in building that confidence. I don't hesitate to call them first!

I had purchased my Mini used and was getting it serviced at another shop. I noticed some leaks and the original shop did some repairs. The car was still leaking so I took it to Coast Motor Werks. Derek was great and the technician Todd walked me through what was actually wrong with my car and gave me a list of recommended services. There was no pressure and Derek has been great about answering all of my questions. I have found my new repair shop for my Mini.
