I had several maintenance services done on my Alfa Romeo. Five months and about five 5K miles later, no issues and car is running smoothly. Highly recommended.

The team communicated clearly and was able to accommodate me in a short notice. They did a great job evaluating my bmw for problems and identified serious issue that dealer has missed. They even have a ride home as I could not wait for them to complete.

My experience with this shop has been nothing but horrible, they failed on all levels, they claim to provide dealer care at a lower price, obviously they don’t know what is that entails. They had my vehicle for 19 days for an oil change $89.92 parts & $75 labor, AC Freon refill $42 parts & $250 labor, oil line leak $7 parts & $191.75 labor, brake fluid flush $58 parts & 266.50 labor. Any of these jobs can take between 2 to 4 hours. Nevertheless, I waited to hear back from the service adviser Nick multiple times on updates, issues found, resolution, nothing. I will call and was told he is on lunch or with customer and will call you back later. I had to keep calling over and over to get an explanation of what’s going on. Actually, I had to drive from Mission Viejo to Irvine to get an answer. I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the Technical Director will call me back, I never heard of him. The day I received the car and on my drive home, smoke is coming from the engine compartment which appeared to be excess oil sitting on the engine, yet they claim that car undergone a quality control. That’s a joke, I don’t think that anyone in this establishment knows what’s quality stands for.

My first few experiences with Euro car were excellent, however my last experience was unexpected. The check engine light for over heating popped on our Audi q3, we brought it in to Euro. We have the car back within 24 hours and within 25 hours our light was back on showing the same issue. The cost for the repair wasn't cheap and I was now feeling like I got taken advantage of. I expressed my displeasure to the staff and was taking my business elsewhere. Unexpectedly the owner of the company calls and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. He offered a full refund, called Audi corporate, called the local Audi dealerships to ask and offer help. He genuinely wanted the car to be fixed and for us to be not only satisfied but happy. He continually followed up well after the car was repaired. Truly a man of his word!! Euro car is the spot and I will continue to go there and refer them to friends/family.

We have a BMW and an Audi…both are past the “free” service period that was included when we bought the cars. And although the service we received from the respective dealers was fine, after the service contracts ended, I wanted a better option. Euro Car Doctor is that much better option! They are reliable, thorough and highly competent in performing maintenance on our cars. They are are also extremely reasonable in their pricing and they do the job right the first time! I highly recommend Euro Car Doctor!

Incredible customer service, went above and beyond, friendly. Car went in for brake fluid (1st time), decent price…pretty sure if I went back to the dealership it would cost above $400.😃. Thanks Doc! 🤔 May go back to solve the unsolvable; or at least, I went to the dealership 6X to have it solved and they told me just to clean the car more often (issue persists). To be continued…

Called, asked for rough estimate for water pump replacement compared to dealer price following a scheduled maintenance report. On the phone I was told they usually charge 30% less than dealership (dealer price was $1,550). After arriving at Euro Car Doctor, they did a visual inspection, had some whispering discussions on the computer, and quoted $1,600. They also identified a valve gasket cover replacement is needed, and quoted another $1,500 for that (=total of $3,100). Backed out and thanked them for the quote, then shopped around for comparison estimates, and ended up paying $850 for water pump replacement and $450 for valve gasket cover replacement (=total of $1,300). It pays to do your homework, and Euro Car Doctor, like many dealers, will definitely rip you off if you don't. Don't buy into their credentials, it's a basic maintenance. If you want specialized, go straight to the dealers that specialize in YOUR brand, not 20 different ones. Beware.
