Having 3 old (1988,1989,1992) Volvo 240 it’s hard to find, 1) Someone who works on them and 2) Someone who won’t gouge you because there’s so few (good) Volvo mechanics. Love this shop! They are friendly, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Euro Car Doctor.

I found this place a couple years ago, unfortunately AFTER I had to went to the Mercedes Benz dealership to replace all my tires. I still needed my oil change though so I looked for alternatives, found this and I've been coming back ever since. They do a great job, they'll show you any of your vehicle's issues, their system for showing you any other issues and charges is great while breaking down the details. I also asked how much it would've been to replace all tires (GYES AS 245/40R19 XL 98H), much cheaper than the dealership. I will continue to come here as long as possible.

Excellent and very efficient. I brought my car for the first time because the plastic protection underneath was hanging causing a big noise, and they fixed it immediately with a few clips. They were very courteous and did not even charge me anything… thanks a bunch. Will be back!

My 25 year old bmw needed brakes. I bought some brake pads and brought them with the car. Euro Doctor told me they would not install customer bought parts ( this should have been my warning to run).' They also didn’t ask why do I need new pads, squeeking? poor braking? Sensor? In fact, they didn’t ask if I want the sensor replaced. When I got my car back the brake sensor light was still on. My ac now doesn’t work unless set to high which then will make a lot of noise. My ac prior to this visit, was making a tapping noise so I only ran it on low prior to coming to here. I thought brakes would be an easy job for these guys. I feel when they did not mentioning the sensor, they either didn’t know about it or just don’t care. Maybe the sensor was bad and I didn’t need brakes. Isn’t this part of the mechanic / customer service?? I know I have should have said some thing about my air condition but a mechanic should not jump in a car that is 25 years old and throw the AC on high and I would hope turn it off if they heard any noise. They sent me a link to ask how the visit went. This is where the link sent me. I thought I was going to writing to the company but, nope Euro Doctor want it published in google.

First time I’ve bypassed a dealership, didn’t want to pay nearly 1k for a simple oil change and this worked out. As a woman, my biggest concern is getting scammed by mechanics, but these guys seem honest and above board. I would recommend them and will return here for simple and complicated issues.

Do not come here unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars for repairs/parts you didn’t even need!! I brought in my Volkswagen vehicle after the button panel in my car broke and would not light up. I was unable to turn on my A/C, defogger, seat warmers etc. This happened a couple years ago and another repair shop replaced a fuse which I thought this would be similar and was going to be a quick and cheap fix. I came to Euro Car Doctor as I saw all the good reviews on Google and was hopeful for them to give me the trustworthy and great service they advertised. I am not an expert on cars so I was thinking this was a place that would not scam me and overcharge me like the stories you hear about, but boy was I wrong. I authorized the diagnostic fee of $207 dollars and went about my day. I get a call saying that not only did a fuse blow out (which they replaced) and got the buttons to work, however now my A/C is not blowing cold air. The service rep gave me a lengthy explanation on how they have to remove and replace a motor module and perform a A/C service which in total would cost almost $1000. I was shocked and concerned because this was the last thing I expected nor did not have the money upfront to pay that. I declined the services due to budget concerns, however decided to get a second opinion. I went to the Volkswagen car dealership who ran a full check-up to find the issue. Guess what? It was UNPLUGGED! The service team at VW plugged it back in and lo and behold- cold air! They looked over what was told to me from Euro Car Doctor and said no parts or maintenance was needed. Even though I lost $207 for them to basically replace a fuse, I luckily saved $1000 for NOT getting my car serviced here. Good luck finding a trustworthy car repair shop because this is not the place! (Attached is the photo VW showed me of the unplugged part that controlled the cold air for my A/C)

Changed review from 1 star to 4 star after update located in bottom. I brought in my Volkswagen vehicle after the button panel in my car broke and would not light up. (Attached is the photo VW showed me of the unplugged part that controlled the cold air for my A/C) UPDATE: The owner of Euro Car Doctor reached out to me immediately and addressed the issue and did his own investigation to figure out what exactly happened. He did find out it was a mistake on their part and owned up to it with explaining the parts and repairs needed was a solution on trying to prevent the fuse to continue breaking. I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars as I appreciate the effort on figuring out what went wrong and also how he offered to pay the invoice for VW and the diagnostic fee. I am still hesitant on repair shops in general, however I am grateful for the reach out and to resolve this situation.

The service at Euro Car Doctor is superb and top notch . Jake S made the entire repair process easy and straightforward . I didn't know anything at all about the warranty claim process but Jake is very knowledgeable and followed through with what he stated was the estimated time of completion for the vehicle I brought in for service . He even provided me with a Loaner Car while I was waiting for the repair to be completed and was even proactive when I brought the loaner car in for repair when my right front tire blew out . Kudos to you for a job well done !
