Kevin, I appreciate your reply but making multiple false profiles to exemplify your point and calling us liars is not the solution. As we state on the phone and all over our WEBSITE, we offer a free 15 min Inspection. Because you cannot bother yourself to come in and let us check, and yes if it requires more then 15 minutes accept the $150 diagnostic fee for us to guarantee the repair will fix the problem. I will not bother ourselves to waste time quoting you on your assumption. I cannot and will not take your recommendation until we are 100% sure ourselves as I have to again guarantee every repair will actually fix the problem that you need solved. Code readers merely point you in a direction period. We have gotten in trouble taking other people's opinion, quoting off the opinion and completely missing the mark. I don't understand why you are wasting your time posting here rather then save your energy and find a shop that will take your expert opinion and tell you what you want to hear. You will find that no reputable repair facility and even the dealerships will put themselves at risk doing this. Thank you Kevin for your review. My apologies but our policy is specifically setup to protect each and every client from ever paying for something a vehicle does not need. For too many reasons we do not quote over the phone prices on jobs that we have not diagnosed and confirmed will solve the problem. Please keep in mind that scanned codes only lead you in a direction but do not guarantee the actual fault. If you feel that $150.00 is too much to be 100% sure that what is going wrong with your car then with all due respect we are probably not your best fit. You see, if we were to take your word for it, or another automotive repair facilities recommendation and it was incorrect how could we justify the service. What baffles me is you were offered a free 15 min no charge diagnosis if the problem could be identified in that time but you did not want to come in and preferred to leave a 2 star review.
