I don’t recommend this place, I have my reasons. I went in for their free oil change on my Mercedes 2013, first time customer special they offer online . This location just opened up not too long ago. My One star is for friendly staff. My car was in great condition, no check engine light on or anything wrong with my engine, my car was in great condition. When my oil change was done, service advisor was really nice complementing me on how good/clean my engine was. When the advisor walked me to my car I got in and saw the check engine light was on. The mechanic was called over by the advisor and they ran the computer and now supposedly I need a new timing job. I explained to the owner Anthony my car was in great condition, no check engine light was on and I should not get my car back in any less less condition from When they received it. Supposedly the owner explained that my car already had this issue and it was basically not their fault. Honestly if my car had this condition, the check engine would have been on before I even showed there. The owner Anthony basically told me he won’t fix my car the same condition when they worked on it/received it. In my opinion this is unacceptable coming from a mechanic shop. This is why customers take their cars to actual dealerships because they would take care of the problem without blaming it on the customer. I think anyone that went in for a oil change, and got their car back with check engine light on with major repair would be upset too. I gave Anthony a chance to fix my car and he declined, he didn’t want to take responsibility for his business in my opinion. I now will file complaint with state agency.

Thank you Mr.Molina for your kind but dishonest review. I must whole heartedly say, I wish these public forums would have honesty and scam filters to truly vet legitimate complaints. Even more so to prevent dishonest people trying to blackmail hardworking local business"s with the attempt of getting free repairs as you threaten with negative reviews and defamation. As they clearly don't, I am happy to post our reply. As you mentioned your car came in running well is just not true. Our technician found two pages of maintenance / safety items you have not and declined to fix. It was clear you were there to get what you could for free. You brought us a Salvaged titled older Mercedes with 130k+ miles that still had fresh grease marks from the last mechanic shop you previously tried to scam. As we do photo/video walk arounds during all initial check-in's, this was our first red flag about your car. After looking under the hood, almost every other component had JB weld, or some sort of modification in order to avoid replacing the damaged components with original Mercedes replacement parts. I wish I could post fotos and videos of your car if these forums allowed. When we called you to tell you of all the safety issues, you first said you have had the car for years then changed your story to you just bought it from someone at a gas station. This was our second huge red flag. We also mentioned we could not see any mechanical history on this vehicle from Carfax from several years and you were very evasive about answering any questions about prior service history. Again, as we are honest and professional mechanics, we ask these questions to best help you with engaging in any warranties or to make sure your never sold something you don't need. Again on a recorded line we have you changing your story from you did a bunch of work already to the person who sold you the car did a bunch of work. (again another red flag). After our courtesy oil change was completed with the actual oil and filter Mercedes Benz requires and specifies for your car we prepped it for you to pickup with the understanding you declined to repair any of the 15 safety or mechanically failed items on your car. When you came to pickup is when we really understood the direction and the scam you were trying to pull. You say your car was running perfect, and only after an oil change we made your car worse and that we damaged your car. Well Mr Molina, we have 2 cameras on every bay in our shop to protect us but also serve as a training tool. We did nothing wrong and you came storming back in and harassed our front office staff. (Another red flag). You proceeded to take the car. As we always arrive to make every client happy, our service manager spoke with you after to offer assistance in an exact diagnosis of why your car might be intermittently shaking. A few days later you bring the car back and after we diagnosed that your timing chain was stretched and worn out which was the cause of the irregular vibrations, you immediately said we were to fix your car for free. (another red flag). As we have done so many, this model engine has a known timing chain issue and the dealer would have replaced it for free but as you already know, all warranties are void from Mercedes Benz if it is a salvage vehicle. This is where I got involved and made it clear to you with offering a clear understanding again that your timing chain had not been done. Again on a recorded call you lied to us saying it had been done and when you were offered photos of the inside of your engine as proof, you said you didn't care and started threatening me with reviews, to sue us and ovecourse bar if I didn't fix your car for free. When you eluded to "suggesting we file an insurance claim" with our insurance to fix your car, I immediately made it clear to you that we would not take part in any insurance fraud. I have all the proof of your dishonesty and scam attempts on our shop.

My Mini was in the shop for a while, but the team there was finally able to fix it after a long delay of parts shortages. Not cheap and things subsequently broke after the initial repair, but knowing how BMW's work, I can't really fault the shop for the breakages. It does cost a pretty penny to maintain these cars, but I knew what I was getting into when I purchased the vehicle. The shop definitely does a good job on regular maintenance stuff too.

5/5 stars! I was glad to get a PPI done the next day at the time I wanted for a fair price. Customer service was great as well.

Brought my Porsche in for agnostics and minimal service. Kevin was honest and gave me fair pricing for fluids and anticipated care. I did initially book an appointment online on a Sunday evening for a Monday morning appointment which nobody got back to me, but because Euro had good reviews, I reached back out myself to ensure I got an appointment.
