First off, I would like to apologize to Euro Car Doctor for taking so long to respond. I was so in need for a mechanic to fixed my car, so I looked on line and found Euro Car Doctor. I called and went in for a quote. My car was dying and needed to be fixed. The staff was so friendly wen I walked in and asked if I wanted coffee or water. The staff was so friendly and caring. I was so impressed by how friendly and clean the auto shop was. Also, Germo (one of the managers) and Terry amazing mechanic. They both were so caring and helpful. And They make sure my car was safe to drive. Ladies, if you don’t know or not sure who to take your car in for maintenance. Take your car to Euro Car Doctor. I am recommending and giving Euro Car Doctor 5 stars. I had my car serviced for its 50K check. I had the service done, their prices are very fair. Their shop is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The car is running great. Unfortunately It was hit by a truck while parked on the lot after the repairs. The rear fender & bumper were dented. Tony as the owner of Euro Car Doctor took full responsibility to pay for & over see the body work repairs with no hassle or cost to me. I also asked for extra service to be done like align the wheels and have the car hand washed. Tony agreed to do it and I was not charged. When it came time to pick up the car I mentioned to Teresa who works in customer service, I would be late in coming because it was my birthday. When I arrived there was a birthday card & a potted orchid waiting for me. They went overboard to make up for any inconvenience the accident created for me. Tony the owner, Teresa & the staff at Euro Car Doctor give their all for great service.
