I brought my car just for a simple service and instead of fixing it, it caused more damage. Jason did not even have apologized. Very frustrating.

I brought my car in for a simple coolant leak. They performed a diagnostic and completed the recommended repairs. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Jason, the head of service, told me additional repairs were needed. I agreed and continued with the work. Three weeks later, and $3,000 spent, my car is still leaking and showing the same coolant leak error. I was then told yet again that more repairs were required. I asked if this would finally fix the issue, and the response I received was no—instead, I was advised to just sell my car. Now I’m left with a non-running vehicle and $3,000 gone. This place is terrible and completely incompetent. DO NOT GO THERE. They are scammers.

Michelle, We take every repair seriously, especially when dealing with cooling system failures. Your vehicle arrived with multiple leaks and overheating, and each repair required retesting to identify the next failing component. This is standard procedure on any cooling system — and especially on a Mercedes-Benz with over 110,000 miles, where one failure commonly leads to another. For full transparency, here is the inspection link so anyone can see the condition of your vehicle and all of the critical safety repairs you declined: https://www.shop.tekmetric.com/inspection/SDIeMkLFEf5iDYSb18gblshmhntIxOvSxQrQKUHzGE4 Every repair we perform carries a 3-year, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty, and we are always prepared to honor it should any covered part fail. We also need to address that multiple negative reviews under different names have been traced back to you, which is misleading to the public and violates review platform guidelines. The truth is simple: the cooling system issues continued because you declined the additional repairs your vehicle required. You later demanded we cover unrelated future repairs and threatened our team with negative reviews when we declined to take responsibility for damage we did not cause. Cooling systems cannot be repaired partially — and we will not compromise safety, quality, or our standards. If you would like to resolve this properly, you are welcome to contact me directly at 562-712-1413.

STAY AWAY! I’ve been giving this business my money for years, but what I just experienced was shocking. Scam behavior from top to bottom. Tony and his employee Jason hit you with diagnostic fees, keep changing the repairs, and drain thousands from you — then laugh like it’s a joke. Horrible people. Don’t go near this place.

amazing experience! Alessio was incredibly knowledgeable about the issues with my Volvo XC90 and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. They also are very fair with pricing, and at no point did we feel we were being overcharged. Will be taking our car here from now on!

TLDR: overcharged by 7,270% -- $3685 for a $50 fix (BMW Z4) 1. Excellent customer service and high quality reporting. 2. Ideal for repair by insurance or pre purchase inspection 3. Avoid for general maintenance or any immediate repairs Firstly, I highly appreciate the level of detail in the car reports for the diagnostic fee and the timely customer service and care offered by Teresa at Euro Car Doctor, Irvine. This is a summary of the parts to be swapped and labor recommended upon visit after white smoke appeared totaling $3685 (quote attached below) - thermostat - Radiator plastic tank - Water pump - Oil cooler thermostat - Automatic trans radiator - Radiator plastic tank - Radiator air seal - Coolant flush - Transmission oil cooler After some research, a rock had hit my oil cooler causing the leak and the "contaminated coolant" was coolant mixed with widely recommended stop leak. The white smoke was caused by low coolant levels leading to overheating and evaporation. A coolant flush and a plug and play swap of a $50 transmission oil cooler later, the car has been running fine for close to two years now without a leak or any coolant related issues of any kind. That's essentially an overcharge of 7,270% (near negligible labor was required) Moreover the attached screenshots show that for that parts that were recommended to be swapped immediately to get the car running, not a single part was truly inspected for signs of wear or non functioning of any kind. Blanket repairs were suggested to all ancillary parts in the system to get the car out of the shop running. I hope this helps someone making their decision. Felt it was a necessary general disclaimer for anyone operating on a budget or European car models with traditionally expensive parts. Overtime experiencing the car I genuinely feel like there was an incentive to overcharge and quote significantly higher estimates considering the location and average income and came off predatory towards customers lacking knowledge in the area. The response left room for more expensive engine repairs after this set. My engine and cooling system have not experienced a single issue since getting the quote to date. Most shops in OC quoted $300-800 for the same job (not all the fixes) to get the car running (including parts and labor) Id recommend their diagnosis for purchases but get the actual work done somewhere else if you want an experienced mechanic that actually routinely works on maintaining customer cars. The inspection did reveal a transmission oil leak that I probably wouldn't be able to spot which I am grateful for and the report and quote were all online and well organized/presented and the customer rep team were kind and communicative hence the emphasis on it. I understand I could be inaccurate and results vary, but this was just my experience and in hindsight it left a very disappointed outlook on the expertise and honesty of the shop and the shock of receiving a $3.6K bill for a $50 fix hit me hard at the time and left a distaste/ disappointment long enough to come back and write a review a year later. Goodluck with repairs! (attached relevant information in pictures)

Professional and great service. Service is equal to or better than Porsche dealer. Prices are close to dealer and sometimes more. Excellent service but very overpriced.
