I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the service I received at Eurocar Doctor. My recent experience was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. I was charged exorbitant prices for services, only to find that the same services had just been performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned to me in a state of disarray, with parts left in pieces, missing components, and even broken parts. This level of negligence and disregard for customer property is truly disheartening. Also to whoever diagnosed the vehicle. When the shift cable or bushing( in this case) brakes and the transmission sees that the position of the gear selector and transmission don't match it sets a 01236 code shift selector locking solenoid code and locks the shifter. The bushing from VW cost 13$ and fixed the issue. I had expected professional and reliable service, but instead, I was met with a situation that has left me utterly disappointed and questioning the integrity of your establishment.

Brought my Audi Q7 in after the battery died, and the team was amazing! They removed the seat to access the battery, checked the size (four possible options), and had three in stock. Andrew explained everything clearly—timing, cost, and what to expect. Huge shoutout to Andrew and Hugo for their expertise, great communication, and genuine kindness. Thank you for your excellent service!

This is the best five stars professional service I received for my Volvo xc60. A 50 k service and front brakes were performed. I highly recommend Euro Doctor to all my friends for their European vehicles.

I love everything about Euro Car Doctor!! This is the first time I've taken my car anywhere other than the dealer where I purchased it, and I have definitely found my new go-to place for car repairs! They are very knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. FANTASTIC customer service, and very nice, quite waiting area if you need to hang out. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

The environment of this shop Was so peaceful. I didn’t feel the stress that I normally get when I bring my car for repairs. They work with You they take their time to explain In details and best of all they don’t push on you repairs you don’t need or afford to get done right away. It helps when the owner’s work space is all about loving God🙏

Brando and his team did a great job in making us feel taken care of. The work was done quickly and we were updated with progress with helpful pictures and descriptions on fixes that needed attention. I will definitely take my Range Rover Sport back to Eurocar Costa Mesa.

It’s always tough to find a good mechanic and I was very pleased with Andrew and his team. Our 2016 Volvo was having acceleration issues with no codes on the system. German, our tech was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed. They also have a lock box for after hours pick up. Customer for life. Thanks Andrew!

Jason and Alessio went above and beyond the call of duty. They made sure I was well taken care of and showed great concern and took prompt action to make sure my car was diagnosed correctly and that I had a nice comfortable place to relax while it was getting fixed.
