Just took my car to Euro Car Doctor for the first time. I described the possible problem--a malfunctioning alternator--and EuroCar gave me a fair estimate, 50% lower than that of the dealership. The service team was extremely friendly. They Uber'd me home. I was called two or three times with updates as the car was thoroughly inspected and kept overnight just to be sure everything was working. It was the alternator which was replaced. No surprises, no added charges. They Uber'd me to the shop to pick up my car. The fee exactly matched the estimate to the penny, which included a generous discount. They also offered a free car wash. If I could give 6 stars, I would. In the 45 years I've been dealing with car problems, this was just about the best experience I've ever had. Awesome!

Euro Car Doctor at Costa Mesa is the Ritz Carlton of auto repair shops, especially in the category of customer service, and I encourage anyone with a vehicle issue to consult Euro Car Doctor. Taylor was my Service Advisor and she helped me out nearly everyday as we worked with my car dealer to coordinate the warranty benefits and the lapse of their obligations. She helped guide and assure me that we would work it out, and she even texted me proactively on updates on the warranty and the vehicle's service. She and the team provided consistent transparency on the vehicle updates, timeframes and the solutions to fixing its issues with even an easily accessible link with photos and assessment parameters. I should have submitted this right after I got the car, but months later, I'm still clearly very appreciative and happy for their service. They earned a lifetime relationship with me. My car kept on having check engine light and when I took it to Eurocar Dr. they worked on it promptly and were easy to work with. Shoutout to Andrew who was awesome at what he does, he always kept me notified of what was going on in the process and giving me an estimated time frame. I will totally use them again for any car needs.

Have fixed my A/C blower motor at this place in my VW, the staff was really friendly and willing to help me, especially Taylor. First time i fixed, the new blower first came out to be really a lil bit noisy, i had told the staff about that and they said maybe just bc the blower motor was new and long time didnt use so it will have a lil noise when first use, then the noise didnt appear until 4-5 days later, the noise came back and even louder. I had scheduled the appointment back again to fix it, but I didn't meet Taylor because that day was her day off. So i came back the day after, i met her and she already know my situation, Taylor and the mechanic trying to help me quickly bc i cannot leave my car at the garage, just about 30 mins later, they replaced the new one without any extra charge, which make me happy really much. When I wrote this review, it has been half a month now and the new A/C blower motor did a great job, my VW fully fixed by this place. Shout out to Taylor and the mechanic, also the staff, I definitely comeback for sure!!!!

Jason along with the rest of the staff was friendly and always helpful. I enjoy the systems they use to keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. This will be my trusted mechanic while I live in Irvine.
