Excellent experience with Euro Car Dr for my Volvo XC60. First time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Love the fact that they do not perform service just because it’s due because of mileage. They check the condition of things like brake fluid, filters spark plugs, etc. My bill came in lower than the original estimate. The staff was great, service was quick and even provided an Uber to my office. Highly recommend this place.

Asked for a quote/estimate over phone, told me to come onsite, did that, gave me the rundown and never got my quote even after bringing my car in. I even showed them a previous quote from a reputable mechanic in Hermosa Beach. I don't think it should take 2 weeks to generate an estimate while busy/ "swamped". They said they needed to get into contact with their parts department for a 2007 VW Rabbit. They don't seem to respect my time. As expected from chains, bad quality, bad customer service. Find a local shop if you value your time and car. Contacted another local mechanic. They got me a quote same day. Edited: Grammar, more detail.
