First time I went to Euro Car Doctor in Irvine. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I went in for Service A and other maintenance that was needed. Would definitely recommend them. They are walking distance from my house so it’s very convenient for me also. Will definitely be taking my car for service there.

This place is incredible. Kind staff and honest work. Even when my battery died and I was hours late for my appointment, they were still able to fix my car that day. The mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong and was incredibly helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

I’ve taken my jeep Cherokee in for a front headlight replacement (they charged me far less than what the dealer wanted) and were very professional. Just took my wife’s Mercedes C 300 in for a 50,000 mile maintenance check up per the manual and they got it done in a day and a few things came up outside of the maintenance inspection but they gave me an adequate heads up and I had them do the extra recommended work. They are good communicators and I feel very honest.

Exceptional Service at Euro Car Doctor – Highly Recommended! I recently had my 2018 Porsche Macan S repaired at Euro Car Doctor after my dealership told me the repair would cost a whopping $14,000. My car’s coolant system had a major issue, and the dealership said I would need a new oil cooler and an entire replacement of the coolant system. They quoted me $4K for parts and $10K for labor, which was more than half the car's value! They even suggested I consider trading it in. Being new to independent shops, I was a bit hesitant, but after getting a referral from a former co-worker and finding them via AI, I decided to give Euro Car Doctor a try. Let me tell you, they are AMAZING! From start to finish, my experience was beyond impressive. Jason, my service advisor, was outstanding. Great customer service

My experience at EURO CAR DOCTOR in Costs Mesa has been extraordinarily great from start to finish like it was last year . I would like to commend the staff out there especially Alex, Julio and Steven who have been incredibly patient as I painstakingly tried to resolve the long-standing issue that I had with my insurance company that evidently caused significant delays in getting the heavy suspension damage on my car fixed . I have to admit that it was an uphill battle that was also nerve-racking and mind-boggling and I almost wanted to just thrown in the towel at one point .Eventually after extensive back and forth interactions , the repairs had been finally approved and with the new technician taking over , it came out perfect in the end and I couldn’t be any happier it was eventually done with excellent results .

Amazing service from talking to someone over the phone to showing up with my car and having my car issues that were plaguing me fixed within minutes. Before finding Euro Car Doctor, I travelled all the way to Santa Ana to the Volvo Dealership because my dashboard was telling me that my parking break was disabled and my automatic stop wasn't working. After having to leave my car there for 4 hours, Volvo told me that the whole electric system needed to be replaced and they couldn't fix it (over 2 grand was the quote for a new system) so I needed a second opinion and I found Euro Car Doctor for that - They fixed the system in just minutes on my lunch break! Jason and Hugo were AMAZING with my car. I left it there for 5 days because I was out of town and I needed a specific sensor light to come on. It didn’t come on, but they kept driving it to try to get it to come on and texted me every day to ensure it was okay that they kept putting miles on my car.
