The up to date information provided keep my schedule inline. The explanation of what is needed, what can and should be done is palatable. They give options and recommendations to solve the issues. They offer alternatives if they need to keep the car longer than promised. I appreciate the professional that Dar, lead technician gives in his explanations of the problem. Same Day Service Experts….Definitely is 100% Correct!!! Roman my technician went above and beyond to help me with my tire issue! He was very professional and always smiling! I drove in on a Saturday just before closing and Roman was closing his garage bay door and looked right at me and waved me over to his bay. I was like WOW most other places would have acted like they didn’t see me or would wave me on and say they were closing. What I also love is that the Service Manager (Alex) came out to greet to me and provided me his card and had Roman’s name as well. Unbelievable white glove customer service! They have my future business! Thank you so much and I absolutely appreciate the extra effort Roman and Alex provided! Oil change is next on the list!

So accomadating and even cleaned my wheels from mud so the other dealership wouldnt try to use it against me and have me pay for a damage out of pocket 😅 they even gave me free rides to and from my place while my car was getting looked at.. would def come again
