This was the very first time that I took my car for the annual servicing with the Euro Car Doctor. I had an appointment with Alessio. He was so helpful in many ways. I had an early morning appointment to service my MB GLC 300 4MATIC. After dropping off my car, I was offered a one-way Uber, as I was informed that it could take about 3 hours or so, and that I lived about 15 minutes away. About an hour-and-a-half later, I got a link to view at services and the charges. And the car was ready to be picked up about two-and-a-half hours later. It was a smooth ride all the way. I went back and picked up the car and drove back.

This was my first experience here for a major repair on my Panamera and I was very pleased with the repairs and service. I probably saved about 50 to 70% as compared to the dealer. I will definitely use Euro Car Dr for any future repairs.

I used to go to Euro Car Doctor and preach how good of a mechanic I had found. Until now. I got an oil change and they charged $75 for 30 minutes of labor, and overinflated prices for the required parts to perform this task. Ridiculous! $185 for an oil change and $140 for CABIN AIR FILTER??!!!! It takes less than 10 minutes to change the cabin air filter in my car and they charged me $81 in labor!!! DONT COME HERE AGAIN THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! I don’t know if they changed owner or what happened but this place is a total scam. I got quotes from mechanics around the area and none of them were over $100 for an oil change. These guys charged me $185. You can check the pictures. My car is a Volvo XC40.

I took my car to this auto shop, and they were efficient and honest about what needed to be fixed. Fair prices and excellent service!
