Took my Audi in that another repair shop royally screwed up on and proceeded to gaslight me about (avoid Schmidty’s in Huntington at all costs), and these guys were able to pinpoint the exact issue and get my car back to normal. The customer service and quality of care is absolutely outstanding (a big shoutout to Alexander), and I found out after the fact they have a three-year warranty on the repair work which to me shows the confidence they really know what they’re doing. I wish I had found these guys sooner and will be taking my car only to them in the future. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience.

After Google recommendations- I decided to try Euro Car Doctor! A fantastic experience- it’s the big dealership service feel but the individual ‘take care of you like family’ feeling without the high pressure of a dealership. Alexander, Stephen and Alexander were all great. Explained the stuff that needed immediate attention, got a free loaner car as the work required more than a day, worked with me on price and schedule to get my car back into a maintenance program that will keep my car humming. They are awesome! I’d recommend to anyone!
