It was really great! I am new in irvine.this Is my first time to be Euro. I went there because another auto service said something wrong with my engine like oil leaking and tried to charge me $2600 for fix, But I can't afford it, so I found Euro online and came here to have Euro second opinion. Experience here has proven that Euro Is honest and trustworthy as they will not ask you do unnecessary repairs. Finally, I was told I can drive safely without any repair and there is no need to fix it right now as the issue is tiny. They can check it again when my next service. I am so glad I found a trustworthy repair company for my future.

Took my 2010 Range Rover Sport for just a routine oil change and it was a great experience. I was planning on selling the truck and wanted a list of all the flaws and mechanicals that needed attention. Not only did I get that but detailed down to the final specifications of what was needed. Now the next owner will know exactly what needs fixing before buying.

Overall, a pretty pleasant experience, great customer service and really professional. But one thing I would say is that the pricing is definitely on the high-end. The labor cost can easily double the amount compared to other auto shops. For common mechanical problems/fixes or maintenance check, I personally would never come here. Also, not sure if it was lack of thorough diagnostics check or false alarm, I got quoted to do more work than needed, which almost cost me 10x on fixing my car (if it wasn’t for getting a second opinion from another shop).

Even though I don't have a European car, I was treated as if I owned the most expensive car in the world. The advisor and sales manager were very friendly and helpful. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and my car runs great. I will definitely recommend the Costa Mesa location to friends and family and return to them with any future repair needs.
