Really strange and boring place. Just to get a quote over the phone (03/21/24) on brake job you need to come by, so they measure size of your rotors, what? I told I can provide everything from vin to exact rotor size, still no. Well, with such great customer experience I'll look further.

Please note, almost all brands offer variances on rotor sizes and brakes. We purposely ask you to stop by for a less then 5 minute visit for a complimentary check of first to make sure your brakes are needed but as well guarantee that the correct manufacturer part is quoted. With all due respect, If your only calling around for the best price on brakes instead of prioritizing the value of honest quality service, we are probably not your best fit anyway. Although we are always under the dealer's price we don't prioritize profits over your safety in using cheap aftermarket parts to be the least expensive option. Highly recommend this shop for your auto maintenance needs. Excellent communication, super friendly staff, good reliable warrantied work, and they had by far the best price quote in the area. I’ve really never felt more assured that my car was in good hands while at euro car doctor in Costa Mesa. They even have an awesome waiting area with work stations and snacks. Oh also their work space/bays are super clean and you can see right into it. As a former mechanic that’s something I very much appreciate.

Messed up the oil change on my near brand new Audi Q7. Put too much oil and had to keep the car the entire day to drain the oil to correct levels. Worst part is they didn’t even let me know until the car had been there over 8 hours, even though I had an 8:30 am appointment. I called and checked on status, the person on phone blamed it on a staffing issue. When I finally arrived to get the car near closing time the rep told me they had made a mistake and put too much oil in the car and that’s why it took so long. Talk about dishonesty! The offer to knock off $50 on the bill was not acceptable. You make a major mistake on my car and then offer just $50? Not acceptable. I now have to worry my car is permanently damaged.

Update: the owner was kind enough to call me and apologize for the issue. He gave me a full refund and assured me there would be no issues with my car moving forward, but committed to helping in the event anything occurred. I appreciate that level of outreach and his explanation and his efforts to make everything right.

Thank you Joe for your time and understanding. In any service based business, mistakes will happen but character and true colors are identified the way people deal with tough problems. We clearly understood what happened and have actively discussed safeguards to preventing it from happening again. We realize we cannot give anyone back their time, but we will always own our responsibility to make things right. Excellent service! Theresa, and Terry came out in clutch so I'd have my car back in time for the weekend. Terry has an eye for detail and genuine concern for my BMW 640i.. I would've marked 5 stars because for a luxury car shop, I feel there should be more loaner cars available. So if possible schedule in advance!

My experience here is pretty neutral. Their technical part is good. The $150 diagnosis is systematic and professional. They trying to avoid unnecessary repairing. Their time schedule is not good. Even they notice me about delay, they still should have a better schedule themselves.

Overall i had a very positive experience I was a new customer so i didn't know what to expect I saw the positive reviews so i wanted to try it My main requirement is having someone you can trust I understand the wear and tear on cars is normal and i fully expect to pay for service Most of my experience is with Audi South Coast and i never completely felt comfortable there I like that your Irvine location is near my house and you were able to give me a ride home I do plan to return and i would recommend you to my friends/family
