Honest, great customer service, gets the job done. If you're tired of being ripped off or dealing with terrible customer service, look no further. I originally went in for a repair for my cooling system, which would have been expensive. They could have charged me for the service to gain profit. However, Jonathan proactively helped me and verified that my vehicle's warranty already covered the specific repairs. He was honest and transparent by recommending I go to my dealership's service center instead so that I wouldn't lose money. I was very happy with the customer service and ended up getting an oil change done at Euro before going to my dealership. Euro Car Doctor is an ethical business that takes care of its customers for reasonable prices. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends.

5 stars to Euro Car Doctor. I had received a diagnosis from the repair company I've been using since I moved further south in the OC (use to live in Irvine) that my old 2004 330ci convertible probably had a cracked head gasket and repairs that "might" fix it could be upwards of $5k. I use to go to go to "BMW Coast Motor Works" which was Euro Car Doctor's former name, and thought I'd get a 2nd opinion. Thankfully I did, as they have some more techie diagnosis tools, and found that I didn't have any cracks in my head gaskets, but most probably had air in my radiator line the was causing my car to overheat intermittently. They performed the fix for this issue, and that solved the problem!! While in the shop they found a few other items I needed repairs on, and I'm working my way through those as the budget allows. Having this Convertible isn't the cheapest car to keep, but it's a classic that I still enjoy driving and it's a 2nd car so I can take the time to work on it's needed repairs. I appreciated the excellent communication provided, and their text-based quote system provides all the cost and explanations needed to help understand what items need repairs.

Best experience I have had! As a single mom, it's great to find a place where you can fix your car and is also child-friendly. They are so nice and welcoming. Great Experience over all. So happy with the services provided.

I’m very happy with this place! I discovered them last year after I found out my previous mechanic was no longer being honest with me about the work they were doing and the parts used. I’m the type of person who loves a challenge so I’ve started doing the repairs at home with my brother-in-law. However, I’m still learning and Euro Car Doctor has given me the ability to have my car diagnosed by professionals and then go home and work on it myself. I’m so happy to have found a place that I know I can trust with my car, and if I’m unable to do the repair at home, I feel confident leaving it with them to do the work. After being taken advantage of with so many other locations, I feel like I’ve finally found a place that respects me and is honest with me.

Tony, the owner, is a super friendly guy! Made me feel welcome late on a Saturday for oil change and complementary inspection. Honest treatment, offered reasonable recommendations and quotes with no pressure. I will happily take my Volkswagen back there for all my future needs. Really good experience here. They make it very easy to get your car serviced, and I would recommend this shop to anyone. There prices might be a little higher than some, but you can clearly see why when you go there.
