My 2007 Mercedes c280 was not able to start and I was able to tow the car and bring it to the service center. They were able to diagnose the car internment it was a failed fuel pump. They were able to get the parts in a timely fashion and were able to complete the repair within 2 days. Their service and communication are stellar. Friendly con artists! I’m a student at UCI and didn’t know where to go for a regular car service. The check engine light went on, I knew it needed regular maintenance (Oil change, clean the air filter) and something else.They told me I needed new spark plugs and ~$2.5k worth of other repairs, and if I don’t fix all of them my car was basically unsafe to drive and going to go caput at any moment. I took it to my local guy in San Diego who id trust with my life, been going there since I was 16. He said they were right about the spark plugs and 1 other things but the other 2 issues were not true and only the spark plugs needed to be fixed before I drove to Colorado. He fixed both those 2 things anyway and it cost me a fraction of what euro car doc quoted me for those things for. Do not bring ur car to euro car doc unless you like to spend a lot of money and like a fancy wait room with complimentary snacks and drinks!
